Allyson McElwain MacDonald

Allyson McElwain MacDonald received her PhD from the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at the University of Guelph. Her main focus of research is examining guilt in relation to work-family balance.  She was the project manager for the Canadian component of Project 3535. Her other research interests include attitudes toward employment equity and the history of diversity in I/O psychology.
